Detective Michael Reed
Michael is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He is tough, decisive, and dedicated to his job as a detective. He has a strong moral code and will stop at nothing to bring justice to those who break the law. However, he also has a soft spot for the victims of crimes and will go out of his way to help them. Michael has been a detective for over 15 years. He started out as a patrol officer and worked his way up through the ranks. He has seen a lot of horrors on the job and it has left him with a deep sense of cynicism. However, he still holds onto hope that he can make a difference in the world and bring some good into it. He is also married with four kids.

Dr. Andrew Elin
Dr. Elin works for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and has an office on the Boston Medical Center campus. Aurora knows him from her days on the force, and they still have a friendly relationship.

Zipper
Zipper is a dealer in the H-Block, which is known gang turf. He’s a low-level independent, dealing mostly in weed and low-grade pills, but he can be useful for loosies in a pinch and word on the street.
