Rickard Muller
Muller grew up “with potential.” He went to a good secondary school, tested well, and got a scholarship to a great university. At university, he convinced himself that proximity to the rich and powerful was the same as being in their inner circle. Proximity to the rich and powerful didn’t help his political ambitions, however. After managing to become the president of Stockbridge, MA's horticulture club, he petitioned the township for access to a undeveloped woodland track on the western edge of town for a beautification project; unbeknownst to anyone, deep within the copse was an abandoned Cult of Fenris caern. Sensing the man's ambition and bruised ego, a Bane that frequented the old caern took notice of Rickard and offered him a taste of real power. Thereafter, Muller embarked on a murder spree in the attempt to complete a ritual meant to breathe life into a Wyrm fetish called a meat-child. The pack was able to track Muller to the home of Birgit Van Gelder, the next victim on his list; unfortunately, while they were able to kill Muller, Birgit was caught in the crossfire and the Bane who had possessed Rickard was able to escape into the Umbra.
Claude "Black Lung" Moreau - Cult of Fenris Ahroun
Butterfly Eater - Red Talon Theurge
Black Lung is the leader of what remains of the Cult of Fenris Reavers and also a former member of the Sept of the North Country. Years of participating in the reaving has taken a deep toll on Black Lung. He no longer has the ability to think in anything other than simple power dynamics. Everything he sees he evaluates as either stronger or weaker — there is no middle ground.
Butterfly Eater is an accomplished Theurge and a large part of the reason that Black Lung still survives with a few spirit allies to keep the reaving going (at least in name). While Butterfly Eater is not technically part of the Cult of Fenris Tribe (she is a Red Talon), she is a Fenris loyalist and is driven by the same desires and wants that characterize the Cult of Fenris. She recognizes that she will never be one of the Cult, no matter how much she debases herself before the Fenrisian altar, and that is a primary driver for her own version of Hauglosk.
After the pair assaulted and kidnapped Three Slices, the pack tracked them to an abandoned HVAC manufacturing plant in Lyndonville, VT, where they were able to fight Butterfly Eater and her spirit allies into retreat while they rescued Three Slices. Following the Red Talon as she fled, they returned to the Sept of the North Country and were able to stop both Black Lung and Butterfly Eater from doing significant harm to the Throne Tree, disarming Claude of his klaive and fighting the pair into surrender.
The two Cultists remain prisoners of the sept, held in the basement of the Morningkill Estate.
Eli "Draug" Markkanen - Cult of Fenris Galliard Abomination, childe of the Queen of Ghosts
Originally part of Black Lung's Reavers, Draug set out with the Fenrir to battle the Wyrm, intending to storm Siren's Rock and bring low the evil the Garou sensed there. Unfortunately, the Reavers never made it to the town; they were instead set upon by the very evil they sought to bring low in the Downeast Lakes near Passamaquoddy land. Many Garou were dragged back by the Queen and her priestess-daughters, and while he was not the only wolf to be tortured, drained, and fed the fetid blood of the Queen, only Draug was cursed, abandoned by Gaia and Luna... only he rose again as a childe of the Queen of Ghosts.
Draug tracked the Pack as they howled to the moon after their escape from Siren's Rock the day before. He met them on the shores of the Atlantic near Deer Island, south of the town. While he managed to injure several of the Pack, Red Paws was able to grant him the welcomed peace of Final Death before he could kill any of his erstwhile brothers and sisters.
Euterpe & Medea - Childer of the Queen of Ghosts
The Queen's second and third childer, Euterpe and Medea had served their mother for over a century, ministering to the people of Siren's Rock as priestesses of their mother's church, overseeing the faithful in their worship of Prytania Hecate.
Summer, during the assault on Siren's Rock to save the Boston sept's Kin who had been kidnapped by Hecate's cult over the spring, rigged the cult's central church with explosives in hopes that the vampires would rise that evening and she could destroy them. After the children were freed and the Garou retreated, Sigyn sent a spirit to watch over the church after the sun set. The townsfolk gathered there after dusk, awaiting their priestesses...
Despite the presence of most of the town, including children, when the vampires arrived, Summer detonated the charges. She managed to send both Euterpe and Medea to the Final Death, but also killed approximately a hundred other people. But... in the desperate fight against the Wyrm in some of its most egregious forms, the ends justify the means. Everything is on the table... victory at any cost. While several of the vampires in the town were sent back to the pit, so was a small piece of Summer's soul.
